Pain is a communication Method to signal to you that something about you is needing attention.
If you stub your toe, your nervous system sends signals to your brain, which then decides what information is important. If it decides the signals are worth paying attention the brain will adjust the information about the pain intensity, duration, location etc.Sometimes the pain is based on a physical injury and other times the signals are originating from more of an emotional centered place.In either event your body is wanting to make you pay attention to what it feels needs tending to.
When this pain is ignored yet the originating problem persists the signal grows stronger and louder over time.Identifying the root cause of the problem will always be key to finding the long term solution to your long term pains
Dis-ease Is Response From Your Body That You Are In Stress Mismanagement And Missing Life’s Harmony
Pain and emotion pathways are intimately intertwined. Negative emotions, Self limiting Beliefs, and Internal intellectual conflict are both a source of creation of and catalyst for pain, dis-comfort, and dis-ease. Of course if you were to break your leg you would likely experience a cascade of negative emotion (sad, hurt, fear, despair…). It also happens to be that given the way your nervous system functions to keep you alive and safe, it’s also true that negative emotions can also create the sensation of pain physically utilizing the same pathways to signal to you that you must pay attention to an emotional pain.
The opposite is also true. Positive emotions can significantly lower pain when you stop focusing on how bad they feel. Learning to discover ways of being resourceful in life are paramount to releasing the root of pain, dis-ease, and dis-comfort allowing your nervous system to finally again discover a place of rest and reset.
