What’s the deal?
The world wants to believe that exercise alone can fix almost any problem with your body — and that what exercise does not resolve, surgery will.
The reality is that if a muscle is “shut down” or incapable of contracting, exercise alone will not improve its function. The muscle must first be “turned on,” or activated, before any exercise can truly enhance the quality and performance required of your muscles during sport and motion.
When all of your muscles are functioning optimally, only then can you perform at your best.
